Cook bacon, absorb excess grease with paper towels and cut each strip in half.
In a medium saucepan mix together: tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, onion, salt and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes.
In the meantime, form beef into 4 patties and grill or broil. Top cooked patties with sauce, olives and cooked bacon.
